Binder dosing stations<\/h1>\n

Ensuring the exact dosage of binder into the mixer is carried out using a dosing cabinet in which the individual binder components are clearly arranged. The setpoints are set via the programmable logic controller. Storage vessels and piston pumps ensure precise and bubble-free dosing into the mixer. Depending on the version, dosing accuracies of < 1% can be achieved, which guarantees high core sand quality and low binder consumption.<\/p>\n\n
