KLANN Anlagentechnik offers core shooting machines for all common core manufacturing processes such as cold and hot box, CO2 and Croning processes. The systems have proven themselves in various applications for over 30 years and are available for shooting volumes of 3 – 40 liters.<\/p>

In addition to individual machines, complete systems including sand delivery, binder addition, mixing units and core handling are also offered as fully automatic core production centers.<\/p>

The KLANN core shooters have proven themselves in practical use for decades and are mainly used in 3-shift operation. The machines are available for horizontally and\/or vertically divided core boxes.<\/p>

The KLANN core shooting machines are characterized by:<\/h2>\n

<\/span>High, reproducible core quality through delivery of complete systems including sand processing and conveying<\/p>\n

<\/span>Short travel distances by moving the machine table front section along the machine table. This saves lifting movements for removing the core and achieves short cycle times<\/p>\n
