In addition to classic core shooters and automatic belt machines, KLANN Anlagentechnik also offers special, product-specific machine and plant technology.<\/p>

For example, a hot-box core shooter with drawer discharge was designed for a customer, in which horizontally divided core boxes are used. The challenge was to heat the core box evenly, while at the same time shooting through the heating surface. This system has been successfully used by the customer for years in 24\/24 operation and, in addition to high productivity, has also achieved considerable savings in core box maintenance and thus in operating costs.<\/p>

Additional core shooting machines have been developed for manufacturers of temperature probes, whose thermocouples are shot into an iron oxide powder\/binder mixture.<\/p>

Here too, the innovative strength and flexibility of KLANN Anlagentechnik GmbH has been proven.<\/p>
