With the development of its own Amine Gassing Device in 2025, KLANN is expanding its portfolio in the area of core making equipment with another component.
The amine gassing devices have been specially developed for large-scale production in fitting and faucet casting with a core volume of up to 25 liters. Due to their compactness and functionality, they are the ideal addition to the revised product range of Cold-Box core shooting machines and belt conveyors.
Compared to competing products, the amine gassing devices have a level measurement with advance warning and empty message in the basic equipment, even when using manufacturer containers.
The devices are available with heating outputs of 3 and 6 kW and can be operated with their own intermediate amine container or manufacturer’s containers of e.g. 8 liter metal cans. Changing containers is easy and safe to handle.
The devices correspond to the current state of the art and have Ex approval. The device is controlled via the core shooting machines; various operating states and warning messages are displayed on site on the device.
