The KLANN company has been active as a manufacturer of automation technology for the steel and foundry industries for more than 35 years. Formerly a system partner of the foundry technology company Vogel & Schemmann in Hagen in the area of controls and automation technology, it was spun off in 2006 together with the former design manager of the company V&S as an engineering office for core manufacturing technology.
Originally housed in the former administration building of Vogel & Schemmann in Hagen, KLANN Maschinen- und Anlagentechnik GmbH moved into its own modern building with more than 2017 m² of production and assembly space in Schwerte, south of Dortmund, in 1.000. The company offers modern core making systems. In addition to core shooting machines in various versions based on our own technology, Klann also offers the complete range for core making, from sand preparation to core handling.
In cooperation with partner companies, KLANN’s scope of supply and services today includes planning, construction and delivery of turnkey systems, the electrical, mechanical and hydraulic overhaul of old systems, and the delivery and installation of spare and wear parts for existing systems.
