Based on the KLANN core sand distribution systems, bulk material transport systems are offered on monorail crane systems. These systems are in continuous use in bulk material handling ports and ore mines for the fully automated transport of sample quantities from the sampling point to the laboratory.
The reliability and low maintenance requirements of these systems allow them to be used 24 hours a day under the most adverse climatic conditions.
The batch transport system has also been used in mixing plants to transport aggregates over multiple floors and longer distances. Due to the standardization with DEMAG crane components in modular design, the transport system offers simple and quick assembly and commissioning with worldwide availability of spare parts.
