The core sand mixers are compact batch mixers for processing sand with binding agents
KLANN PKM core sand mixers are available in various sizes and mixing capacities. Discharge takes place by tipping the mixing drum and allowing the core sand to flow out at the front. This eliminates discharge flaps or slides that are prone to faults. The mixing tool arrangement at the bottom and the drum design ensure intensive mixing of sand and binder with low energy consumption.
The mixers are offered with volumetric and gravimetric sand dosing units.
Front discharge allows installation directly at floor level and transfer into a container below. In the simplest case this can be a wheelbarrow; in a fully automatic system it can be the transport container of the KLANN HLK hoist trolley.
