Technical details
In addition to conventional core shooting machines and core belters, KLANN offers special machines tailored to specific products.
A Hot-Box core shooting machine with drawer discharge and horizontally split core boxes was designed for a customer. The challenge was to heat the core box uniformly while shooting through the heated surface. This plant has operated successfully at the customer’s site in 24-hour operation for years, achieving high productivity and substantial savings in core box maintenance and therefore operating costs.
Further core shooting machines were developed for temperature probe manufacturers, with thermocouples shot into an iron oxide powder/binder mixture.
This is another example of the innovative strength and flexibility of KLANN Anlagentechnik GmbH.
